Since 1996, the International Youth Camp (IYC) has become an annual tradition of the Korean National Commission. For 36 years, the IYC has served to enrich the lives of 3,666 youth through camp programmes fostering international understanding and cooperation. This year's youth camp under the theme "You can make a difference!" strives to offer participants (aged 18-27, 50 Korean, 100 Foreign) valuable opportunities to share knowledge and views of global issues and to experience social participation through 10 days of workcamp, cultural activities and discussions. Campers will be divided into 12 groups and visit different workcamp sites according to their choices. English will be used throughout the camp; however perfect English is not a must.
